Role Overview
This is not a traditional executive position—it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing company.
As Co-Founder, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO to define strategy, drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead the company’s expansion across the UAE and international markets. You will play a key role in making high-impact decisions while contributing to the long-term vision of Alca Global.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term business growth strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
- Build strategic partnerships with government entities, investors, and corporate clients.
- Lead business development, sales, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Support fundraising, investment discussions, and strategic planning.
- Oversee operational excellence and organizational performance.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with leadership on product innovation and service expansion.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Drive company culture, governance, and sustainable business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience.
- Experience in Business Consulting, Business Setup, Technology, IT, Finance, Sales, or Corporate Services.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building or scaling a startup or high-growth company.
- Existing business network within the UAE or GCC region.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs, SMEs, or international businesses.
- Knowledge of Free Zone, Mainland, and international business regulations is a plus.
